Driver Terms
Last updated: September 26, 2026 — Version: 2026-09-v1
1. Relationship
These terms are offered by [legal entity name, NIT and address to be defined] ("TRAA"). If you register as a driver on TRAA, you do so as an independent contractor, not as an employee of TRAA. You decide when and for how long you connect to the app, and you use your own vehicle to make deliveries. These terms do not create an employment, partnership or agency relationship between you and TRAA.
2. Requirements and documents
To register as a driver you must provide: your national ID (DPI, front and back), your valid driver's license, your vehicle's registration, your criminal-record and police-record certificates, a selfie photo, and your bank account details to receive your earnings. We verify these documents before activating your account. You are responsible for keeping them current and for updating in the app any document that is about to expire, including your record certificates; if a document expires without being renewed, we may suspend your account until you update it.
3. Conduct and safety
When making deliveries for TRAA you must drive safely, comply with Guatemala's traffic laws, treat customers and other drivers with respect, and handle packages with care. Alcohol or drug use before or during a shift is not tolerated, nor is any behavior that puts other people at risk.
4. Orders and payments
While you are on shift, the app assigns you orders based on your location and availability. You can accept or decline an order according to the rules in effect in the app. Payments for your deliveries are calculated and shown to you in the app; the details of the payment structure and deposit timing are explained inside the app and may be updated as service conditions change.
5. Suspension and deactivation
We may suspend or deactivate your account if you violate these terms, if we receive credible reports of unsafe or inappropriate conduct, if your documents expire without renewal, or if we detect fraudulent activity. When possible, we will explain the reason and, where applicable, how to appeal.
6. Personal data
We collect and use your personal data as a driver as described in our privacy policy, including your identity documents, vehicle data, and your location while on shift or on a delivery.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services or applicable regulations change. We will publish the current version on this page along with the date of the last update.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Guatemala. Any dispute arising from them will be submitted to the courts of Guatemala City.
